Destroyer PVP/PVE Skill Build T4 (in-depth guide soon)

I dedicate this skill build for my guildmate "Lilzilla" ^.^ This seems to be a balance build. Means, good for both PVP and PVE.

the overall sp you can use in Mercenary skill tree is 94 while on DN SEA its only 91. But no problems at all since I already know it and made a skill build with just 91 sp spent on merc skill tree.
